1 · Upload
Use the operational evidence you already produce.
Add CSV or Excel snapshots, event-history exports and related tables. You can also explicitly extract PDFs, images and documents into proposed records for review, and in supported browsers connect a desktop folder for recurring intake while NaraOps is open.
2 · Understand
NaraOps interprets the structure.
It profiles fields, reporting periods, useful measures, business dimensions and relationships between sources. Users remain in control and can correct mappings, exclude fields or change relationships.
3 · Verify
It checks whether the conclusion is safe.
NaraOps checks issues such as schema changes, changing populations, incomplete periods, relationship ambiguity, unit drift and other conditions that can make a simple comparison misleading. Where evidence is insufficient, the product can qualify or withhold the conclusion.
4 · Decide
Managers get the meaning, not just another dashboard.
Home prioritises what needs attention. Explore supports deeper investigation. Management briefs translate metrics into plain English: what changed, what is going well, what is not, where the risks are and what practical response the evidence supports.
5 · Act
Turn a finding into an owned action.
Priority findings can become actions in Improve, preserving a structural link to the finding without storing raw operational rows in the action lineage.
6 · Measure
Check whether the intervention actually helped.
When later reporting arrives, NaraOps can compare the relevant measure and report whether the position improved, worsened, materially changed or is not safely comparable.
