The business questions behind the platform numbers

Audience growth

Compare additions per recorded view by format, topic or platform. Keep followers and subscribers distinct and inspect the denominator behind each rate.

Commercial efficiency

Review recorded revenue, direct costs and production hours together. A high revenue item may also demand more money and effort to make.

Sponsorship decisions

Compare recorded campaign outcomes and income concentration. Check coverage when sponsorship information exists for only some content.

Portfolio management

Group supplied performance and financial records by creator, platform or campaign. Use comparable periods and populations before drawing conclusions.

NaraOps is a horizontal management tool. Creator data uses the same field inference, relationship checks, ratio definitions and evidence controls as our other business examples.

A realistic example you can inspect

The fictional Maya Rivers business contains 658 published items across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, from January to September 2026. Performance uses a fixed seven-day observation window for each item.

Views and business value tell different stories.

In this example, long videos account for 9.0% of views and 45.3% of audience additions. Photo posts have a smaller view share but meaningful recorded direct contribution. The example report shows the figures, their basis and the decisions worth investigating.

Download all 658 fictional records and review the fields yourself. The sample contains no real creator, audience or sponsor information.

What to bring

  1. Content performance. Dated rows with stable content identifiers, platform and useful groups such as topic or format. Include counts and the components behind rates where available.
  2. Commercial records. Sponsorship, affiliate, product and advertising income, with a clear currency and recording basis. Supply totals when they are known from your bookkeeping.
  3. Effort and cost. Recorded production hours and direct costs. State which costs are included so contribution is not mistaken for full profit.
  4. Related tables. Keep common identifiers where content, campaigns, payments or costs are exported separately. Review inferred relationships and unmatched records before using joined values.

Exact column names are not required. Upload your CSV or Excel files, inspect the inferred roles, correct mappings and exclusions, then confirm the numerator and denominator for any business ratio. See the product journey.

What a useful answer must preserve

  • Views, reach and impressions describe different populations. Summed reach across posts does not count unique people.
  • Weighted conversion uses total matched additions divided by total relevant views. Averaging post-level percentages can give a different and misleading answer.
  • Missing cost records stay missing. Revenue per hour is an income-to-effort measure; it is not hourly profit.
  • A content pattern can suggest a test. It does not prove a causal effect, statistical significance or long-term audience value.
  • Native platform metrics are not automatically comparable. Use matching definitions, observation windows and scope.

Creator analytics questions

Does NaraOps connect directly to social platforms?

This workflow uses exports you supply. There is no automatic YouTube, Instagram or TikTok connection in this example. NaraOps analyses the structured records and their relationships.

Can an agency compare several creators?

Yes, when the supplied data identifies each creator and supports a comparable measure and period. Differences in platform, audience size, exposure, contract terms and missing costs still need management context.

Can I share the result with a client or team?

Use management briefs and supported audience scopes, Print / Save PDF, evidence CSVs and scoped exports. Review the scope and private information before sharing.

How is creator data handled?

CSV and Excel analysis runs in your browser. Ask NaraOps sends analytical context to AI. Document extraction is a separate, explicit action. Exclude unnecessary contact details and free text, and review the current beta limitations in the Trust Centre and Privacy notice.

Current beta: use suitable, non-confidential data and review the Trust Centre before uploading.
