1. The service
NaraOps is operational-intelligence software that analyses structured operational data, produces management summaries, highlights observed risks and patterns, supports exploratory analysis, and helps users record and assess management actions.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing a valid email address, keeping access to that email secure and using your account lawfully. You must not share access in a way that circumvents the applicable licence or subscription.
3. Trials, reviewer access and complimentary access
Standard users may receive a time-limited free trial. Eligible founding reviewers may receive a longer review period and a discounted subscription after submitting feedback. Complimentary tester access may be granted and withdrawn at NaraOps' discretion. Promotional access does not create a permanent entitlement unless we expressly state otherwise.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid NaraOps access is offered on the pricing displayed at checkout, currently including monthly and annual options. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the NaraOps billing area and Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to you are unaffected.
5. Your data and authority to use it
You retain rights in the data you load into NaraOps. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority and lawful basis to use that data. You must not upload data obtained unlawfully or in breach of duties you owe to an employer, client or other person.
During the review beta, you should not use NaraOps for highly confidential, secret, special-category, regulated or security-sensitive information.
6. Analytical and AI outputs
NaraOps is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional judgement. Outputs may contain errors, incomplete inferences or associations that do not establish causation. You are responsible for reviewing the underlying evidence before making operational, financial, employment, regulatory or other consequential decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use NaraOps to break the law, infringe another person's rights, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, bypass usage or entitlement controls, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected server-side components except where the law expressly permits it, or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable security or infrastructure risk.
8. Intellectual property
NaraOps, its software, interface, branding, documentation and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose while your access is valid. They do not transfer ownership of NaraOps intellectual property to you.
9. Third-party services
NaraOps relies on third-party services for infrastructure, authentication email, payments and AI functionality. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or changes entirely outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to maintain the service.
10. Beta availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or remove beta features as we learn from testing. We may also impose reasonable limits needed for security, reliability or cost control. We will try to avoid changes that unnecessarily disrupt paid users.
11. Warranties
The beta is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every analysis will be error-free, that the service will always be available, or that it will meet every user's particular operational or regulatory requirements.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, NaraOps is not intended to be the sole basis for high-impact decisions and we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on an output without reasonable review of the underlying evidence. Any further limitation of liability should be reviewed as the product moves beyond beta.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, material breach of these terms or unlawful use. You may stop using NaraOps at any time and can cancel a paid subscription through the billing area.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as NaraOps develops. If a change materially affects paid use, we will make the updated terms available before or when the change takes effect as required.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
